The School’s Advancing Women in Engineering (AWE) program is dedicated to recruiting, retaining, and promoting women in Penn Engineering through the development and support of initiatives that increase the number of women interested in studying engineering, enhancing the overall academic experience of female students in Penn Engineering, and creating and supporting social and networking opportunities for women in engineering. AWE is open to all engineering students who support the advancement of women in engineering.
