The Standard Operating Procedure of Spinner Benches

Note:

• You MUST wear a face shield when you work at Spinner Benches.
• You MUST keep Spinner Benches clean and nice after use.
  • Encourage each other to keep the following operating procedure for the clean workplace. 

1. Double Glove

2. Line the spinner boil with UHV Foil

3. Use a single tex-wipe folded twice to lay their used pipette

4. Put the sample chuck onto the spindle shaft.

5. Place a wafer (or a piece) on the chuck, and turn on the vacuum.

6. Verify the vacuum works by checking the sheer strength and running a test spin prior to resist application.

• If the vacuum does not work, contact the staff.

7. Clean the spinner boil if sullied during a spin
8. Push the hotplate shelves all the way in when in use (even if it is not their hot plate).
