If you're planning to attend LICS '89 and have not sent in registration
material to Martin Abadi yet, please let me know asap (and send in your
registration soon).

Also, if you've attended in the past but will NOT attend LICS this year,
let me know too.

The LICS '89 early registration is somewhat lower than we expected at this
point.  Your response will help us figure out whether we should plan for
(1) lower attendance or (2) a mob expecting walk-in registration.
