Research Projects

Build a universal average platelet calcium mobilization calculator that outputs an average healthy calcium mobilization profile with specified inputs of agonist concentrations as well as pairwise and ternary combinations of different agonists. This calcium mobilization calculator will be built by training an artificial neural network on experimental platelet calcium mobilization data of multiple donors.
